As an Associate Project Manager, Duncan MacLeod is involved with program and project management tracking resources, coordinating schedules, and ensuring our clients’ needs are being met both in the office and the field.

Duncan joined HT Engineering in 2022 after graduating from Elon University with a degree in Business and Project Management. As a student, he took several mechanical engineering courses at Michigan State University where he interned for McLaren as part of their Advanced Driveline Innovations team, conducting engineering R&D for newly invented drivetrain technology. Later, he also interned with Castillo de Tabernas where he met with prospective retailers, negotiated logistical contracts, and spearheaded a marketing overhaul with the goal of helping the company break into the US market. When he is out of the office, Duncan proudly serves as an Infantry Squad Leader and Combat Marksmanship Instructor with the US Marine Reserves which he first joined in 2016. This diverse background in engineering, business management, and training makes Duncan a perfect fit for the Project Management group at HT Engineering.
