Joe Lehner joined HT Engineering in 1998, bringing with him a strong background in information technology, computer systems operation, and programming along with several years of experience as an engineering technician for Delphi Saginaw Steering Systems.
At HT Engineering Joe has served pipeline operators as a project engineer, designing natural gas and petroleum facilities and pipelines. Following a decade in this role, Joe became vice president of HT Engineering. Today, he participates in setting the company’s future direction while remaining hands on with clients as an engineering consultant and supervisor in the development, design, and management of major projects. He’s particularly well-versed in process design, regulatory compliance and permitting issues, procurement, construction management, and operations and maintenance support. He brings his expertise to the table to help operators make responsible and strategic choices for their businesses and the communities they serve. Joe is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he was honored with an Air Force Achievement Medal in 1993. He has the distinction of earning the high score award for the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) Underground Corrosion Short Course in 2005.
